We were incorporated in Singapore in 2013 ,and during our tenure have helped established businesses, start-ups and market entry clients develop and create the foundations through new business revenue and building respective customers. These come from a combination of new business sales, deep, established relationships with critical end decision makers, regional system integrators to cohesive relationships with Trade Associations.

Hugo approached me in 2013, which started a long tenure of 6 years as leading this division. My

and change quite dramatically and so our business had less purpose in the market as a platform in to SE Asia.

As you know, we went ex-contract in regard to the duration of our service agreement in March and the arrangement has been extended for short periods via verbal advice since.
Following discussions with Hagemeyer, we have decided to conclude our relationship as of 31
January 2016. We believe the requirement for your services will have run its course by then as far as the Blundstone injection of impetus is concerned. Hagemeyer may wish to acquire Vision services further but that has not been discussed with them other than to remind them of the possibility.
On behalf of Blundstone, I would very much like to thank you and your team for the work done in very
trying circumstances, at times. Despite issues surrounding Hagemeyer’s capacity to follow through on the openings provided to them through your work affecting the results to date in terms of sales, I would have to say we have been very impressed by your capacity to gain access to decision makers behind
doors that would have been very challenging for us to open otherwise. I believe you have very much
met your promise to us.
Bob informs me that you are very busy with new ventures and I wish you all the best with that.
As far as the period between now and 31 January is concerned, Bob has determined a program of
activity in line with our arrangements so we look forward to your efforts continuing in line with that but we also understand that you may wish to exit the arrangement earlier if other pressures dictate that – in which case, we would understand.
There are a bunch of obligations on both of us at the end of term built into the contract. Of course, I
am sure we will both make sure they are put into effect.

My name is Dominique Clonen, Founder and Owner of TechBridge Market.
We employed Hugo Jefferson of Vision Consulting as Sales Director from September 2020 until
December 2023.
Hugo is an outstanding New Business Sales person and Account Relationship Manager. He brought in
over 70 new accounts during his time with us. This was despite very difficult market conditions during
and coming out of COVID.
Hugo is a tenacious, articulate cold caller, a great story teller and relationship builder and closes business in short sales cycles. During his time with us he brought on Blue Chip / MNC companies such as The Great Eastern, MayBank, NetApp, WIPRO, CapitaLand, DB Schenker, Media Corp, Stryker, 1-Net, NETS Singapore Post, to smaller start-ups and SMEs such as; OneBerry, OSOME, Engage Rocket, Celestica, Hunstman, Ninja Van, OTSAW, to name but a few.
We had a very unique, innovative, disruptive hiring model which used an AI search technology across all the online recruitment websites in the market for sourcing candidates. This meant that Hugo had to bring confidence and communicate a convincing value proposition to an entirely new method of
recruiting to our clients.
I have known Hugo for many years from the Data Centre Conferencing Market and he has always had an impeccable reputation for delivering revenue and developing businesses.
Unfortunately, our business closed at the end of last year due to market and financial pressures.
However, Hugo didn’t give up until the end, which was much appreciated, as we started to close the
business and required the financial resources to do so.
